while people celebrate the SCOTUS ruling on gay marriage, I’m gonna take this moment to bring up the fact that the gay/trans panic defense for assaulting or murdering an LGBT person is banned in exactly one state and will still fly in the entire rest of this great nation of ours, God bless America, I’m so glad we’re progressing as a society :)
